We are Robert & Annette Householder. We have lived here, in this home, for about 10 years. We came to the Greenville area in 1999 and started our IT company, GTI. We have since raised our family, grown our business and made many major improvements to our home. Now that our children are grown and our business has grown to the stage that we can both work remotely from home through the Internet, we have decided to downsize and relocate to Kentucky. We will still be able to manage our business via the Internet and in the past, have spent a lot of time in, and grown to love, the state of Kentucky.

While we are torn about leaving what was our dream home for so long, we do not need this big of a house nor this much land as we near retirement age. Its time for us to move on and allow another family to build their dream and raise their family out here in the peaceful country.
